Some problems need a proper scope first

The small print, in big letters

What happens before we start?
We agree the job, the price, the start date and what I need from you. Small packages are paid upfront. For larger work, we agree staged payments before we begin.
What if the job gets bigger?
I'll flag it before doing extra work. You can keep to the original scope, or agree the extra cost first.
When does the clock start?
From the start date we agree, once I have the brief, materials and access I need. Customer interviews and approvals depend on people being available.
Can I move from a review to a rewrite?
Sometimes a review gives us a useful head start. If you book a related rewrite within 30 days, I'll confirm any credit before you book it.
Are you a research agency?
No. I talk to your customers when that's the quickest way to an answer, but you don't get a report to file. You get the decision, the words or the fix.
We're a bigger B2B tech team with a launch coming. Is this for us?
That's Upstream, the company I co-founded with Ashley Martinez. It works with product and marketing teams at larger companies, through training and launch sprints. Today is for founders and small teams who want hands-on help.
What if none of these fit?
Book the 15-minute call anyway. If I'm not the right person, I'll tell you who is.
