AI for marketing & product

AI for marketing, product and research, without the overwhelm

Everyone says you should be using AI. Half the tools make more work, because someone has to check and rewrite everything they produce. I help you find the few places AI really helps, and fix the workflow before anything gets automated.

Sound familiar?

  • "How can a small team use AI in marketing?"
  • "Which jobs should we hand to AI agents?"
  • "Can AI help us make sense of customer feedback?"
  • "How do I stop AI content sounding generic?"

What it is, in plain English

Practical AI means small, specific help for jobs you do every week, like sorting feedback, summarising research or drafting first versions. Often the first fix isn't AI at all: it's tidying the workflow so there's something sensible to automate.

Why me

I build with AI myself. I made an AI case study finder that spots the best customer stories in your data, and I use AI to sort large sets of customer feedback and research. I also know where it backfires.

Bigger jobs, scoped together

These depend too much on your data and your customers to price up front. We agree a written scope and price before anything starts.

  • “Everyone says AI. We don't know where to start”

    AI, But Useful

Find where AI saves time in marketing, product or research, and fix the workflow before automating it. If a small tool makes sense, we agree what it does, how we check it and who looks after it first.

Questions people ask

Where should a small team start with AI?
With a boring, repeated job that eats time: sorting feedback, summarising calls, finding stories. Not with your brand voice. A Power Hour (From £145) is a good place to pick the first one.
Should we fix our process before automating it?
Yes. Automating a messy workflow just gets you mess, faster. We map the job first, cut the steps nobody needs, then decide what AI should do.
Can you build us a tool?
Sometimes. First we agree what goes in, what comes out, how we'll check it's right, and who looks after it. Then I quote. A narrow job with clear examples means much less checking afterwards.
Will AI make our marketing sound robotic?
Only if you let it write the final words. Use it to find, sort and draft, and keep a human voice on what customers read.
